If you are involved in an accident you should first contact your insurance company and report the accident. Have your insurance papers handy when you call. Your insurance company will assign an adjuster to you who will contact you. They'll give you a claim number and ask you to go and get an estimate on your car.
That’s where we come in.
When you come in to see us for an estimate we'll need your claim number and the adjuster's name as well as your insurance papers (so we can make a copy of them). We will take digital photos of your car and damages and they'll be sent off to your insurance adjuster for approval on your claim. We'll then order parts for your car and book you in as soon as they arrive.
